Sisters Yoga Class

Mondays & Wednesdays - 6:30pm - 8:00pm - From August 4th to 20th

$30 for 6 classes (2 per week)
$20 for 3 classes (1 per week)

This is a Beginners class, Yoga mats are not provided (but can be purchased at many popular stores Wal-Mart, Zellers & Loblaw's), comfortable Clothing and shoes required. Must be between 15 and 30 years old.
